I loveeee watercolors. Always have. Always will. Something about the translucent colors bleeding into each other…such perfection. *sigh*
Thankfully, many creative minds out there go beyond landscapes with their pigments and water! Check out these lovely pieces. Artsy chic. J’adore!

I currently own a single [tiny] watercolor – one I picked up outside a French chateau in high school. When I told the artist I was from Missouri, he said (in his French accent, of course), “Ah, misery. That sounds like a terrible place to live!” He was just joking of course (though sometimes Missouri weather does result in misery)! It’s a whimsical work and makes me smile every time it catches my eye.

Welcome to my little corner of the world! I'm so happy that you stopped by. I'm Katie, lover of pretty (and crafty) things, chasing dreams, and being nice. I take every chance I get to create and be creative. The world is an incredible place and I feel blessed to be a part of it. Learn more [mostly useless] information about me

I’d never given much thought to watercolors but I’m loving these images – it is hard to pick a favorite! I’m thinking one and eight.
I started watercoloring several months ago and I adore it… I love funky different things. You have picked several off pinterest that I have actually tried.
I .. Too… am from “misery” … And I love it here.
Thanks for sharing….
